# International Destinations, Top 10, Australia Post

> International Destinations, Top 10 for Australia Post stores. Tracked live in Vortex IQ Nerve Centre. How to read it, why it matters, and how to act on it.

**Card class:** [Non-Hero](/nerve-centre/overview#card-classes-explained) • **Category:** [Shipping & Courier](/nerve-centre/connectors#connectors-by-type)

## At a glance

> The 10 destination countries carrying the most of your international Australia Post volume in the trailing 30 days, ranked by parcel count. It is the demand map behind every cross-border performance number: where your parcels actually go, and therefore where a customs hold, a duty change, or a destination backlog will hurt most.

## What it tracks

The card counts international outbound consignments lodged with Australia Post over the rolling 30-day window, groups them by destination country, and shows the top 10 as a horizontal bar chart ranked by item count. The destination comes from the consignment address on the Australia Post Shipping & Tracking API article; international Standard, Express, and tracked products are all included, returns are excluded.

Read it as the weighting layer for the rest of the international set. A clearance miss or a tracking gap matters in proportion to how much volume a destination carries: a 70 percent customs clearance rate on your number-one destination is an operational fire, the same rate on a long-tail country is a footnote. When this ranking shifts (a new market taking off, a promotion landing in one country), expect the destination-level performance cards to move with it. Pair it with [International Customs Clearance Rate (\<5d)](/nerve-centre/kpi-cards/australia-post/international-customs-clearance-rate-5d) to weight clearance risk, [Shipments by Destination](/nerve-centre/kpi-cards/australia-post/shipments-by-destination) for the full geographic spread, and [Avg Transit (days)](/nerve-centre/kpi-cards/australia-post/avg-transit-days) for door-to-door time per lane.

## Reconciling against the source

Cross-check the ranking against your international consignment export in **MyPost Business** or the **Australia Post Merchant Portal** (group by destination country, last 30 days, outbound only). Small differences are usually period-boundary or timezone effects: Australia Post scan timestamps are in carrier-local time (AEST / AEDT) and ingestion can lag by minutes to a few hours.
