Vortex IQ Nerve Centre tracks **21** KPI pulses for EasyPost stores. Each metric has its own page: definition, calculation, why it matters, and what to do when it moves.

The EasyPost connector brings the Vortex IQ **AI OS** to merchants and software platforms using EasyPost's shipping API to integrate 100+ carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional couriers into custom checkout and TMS flows. The **Nerve Centre** tracks 21 KPI pulses with hero alerts on *Avg Shipping Cost*, *On-Time Delivery Rate*, *Late Shipments*, *Exception Rate*, *Open Claims*, and *Days to Token Expiry* - so an API token quietly nearing expiry doesn't take down label generation. **Vortex Mind** investigates when a specific service or zone slips; **Ask Viq™** answers in plain English with citations back to the source shipment.
