An Etsy seller cares because a suspension can signal a wider policy problem that may threaten more listings or the shop itself if left unaddressed. Reviewing the affected listings, all six share a popular character name in their titles and tags, and Etsy has acted on a trademark complaint. The seller removes the protected term from titles, tags, and descriptions across the range, re-checks similar listings before they are flagged too, and contacts Etsy support to clarify any remaining items. The card clears the count once the reinstatement is reflected, or once the suspension ages out of the 24-hour window. **Q: Why does my Etsy Shop Manager show a different number?** Usually a window-boundary or filter-scope difference: Shop Manager shows the full history of inactive and removed listings regardless of when it happened, while this card only counts suspensions inside the rolling 24-hour window. **Q: Can I customise the alert threshold?** Yes. Sensitivity thresholds are configurable per profile in the Sensitivity tab.
