# Pending Shipment, Newegg

This is a real-time queue-depth card. It re-reads the pending count on every data refresh (typically every 30-60 minutes for live integrations) and can be forced with a manual refresh from the dashboard.

**Q: Why does my Newegg Seller Portal show a different number?**
The most common reasons are evaluation timing (the queue changes as you ship between refreshes), status scope (whether unpaid or on-hold orders are counted), and fulfilment scope (seller-fulfilled vs SBN). Match these before assuming a real divergence.
