It lists every paid order that has passed its ship-by deadline without a tracked label scan. On Vinted, the buyer pays at purchase and the clock starts immediately, so a missed dispatch window risks order cancellation, a refund to the buyer, and a dent in your reliability signals. The fix is immediate, pack and scan the three labels today, then message each buyer with the tracking link so they hold rather than cancel. The structural fix is a tighter weekend packing routine. After scanning labels, force a manual refresh to clear resolved orders from the list. **Q: Why does my Vinted dashboard show a different number?** The usual reasons are scan-to-status lag (a label scanned at drop-off can take time to register), deadline rounding in Vinted's countdown display, and filter scope. Allow for short lag and match filters before assuming a real divergence. **Q: How does Late Shipments relate to other fulfilment metrics?** It is the acute version of pending shipment: an order that was awaiting dispatch and has now breached its deadline.
