For divergence investigations, use Vortex Mind. ## Known limitations / merchant FAQs **Q: How often does Total Listings update?** The card refreshes on the standard data refresh (typically every 30-60 minutes for live integrations). For real-time signals, force a manual refresh from the dashboard. **Q: Why does my Walmart Seller Center show a different number?** Seller Center counts may exclude certain statuses or apply a default filter, while Vortex IQ counts every listing regardless of state. Clearing status filters in Seller Center usually aligns the two. **Q: Does this count include variants and bundles?** It counts each listed item as Walmart records it, so variant-level and bundle items are included if they exist as separate listings.
