# CloudHub Analyse, Reporting and Analytics Overview

> Reporting and Analytics in 247CloudHub. Fifteen merchant-facing reports across Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Website Analytics for Amazon, eBay, and direct stores from one console.

Analyse is the reporting surface inside 247CloudHub, the multichannel commerce console of Vortex IQ. It rolls up data from every connected marketplace and webstore (Amazon, eBay, Play, Website, FNAC, PriceMinister, Rakuten, Trade Me, Cdiscount, Game, and the rest) into fifteen merchant-facing reports that you can run on demand, schedule by email, or export to CSV for further work in Excel, Looker Studio, or your finance system.

The action verb behind the surface is \[Analyse]. It pairs with the other CloudHub services \[Optimise] (Inventory), \[Deliver] (Orders), \[Compete] (Repricing), \[Locate] (Warehouse), and \[Configure] (Setup), and it is the surface a merchant uses when the question is "what actually happened across all channels last week, and where do I need to look next."

## What Analyse covers

Reports break into four working categories.

| Category | Reports | What it answers |
| ------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Sales reports | Sales, Returns, VAT | Revenue, refunded value, and tax breakdown by channel and SKU |
| Inventory reports | Inventory Age, Fast Selling Products, Products | Age of stock, top movers, current quantity vs pending orders |
| Operational reports | Order Stages, Late Shipments, Shipping Costs, Report Notifications | Where orders sit, what missed SLA, what shipping really cost, and who gets the daily email |
| Website analytics | Website Customers, Website Products, Website Sales, Website Reviews, Website Refresh Statistics | The webstore-side counterpart with customer counts, product views, sales, reviews, and feed refresh state |

Each report has a date-range picker (`From Date`, `To Date`), a `Go` button, a `Clear` button, an `Export` or `Export Report` button, paginated tables (10, 25, 50, or 100 rows per page), and a footer note: "These reports should be regarded as indicative and are not audited for accounting purposes."

## How merchants use the Analyse module

Three patterns we see daily in CloudHub workspaces:

1. **Daily ops standup**. Operations leads open Order Stages, Late Shipments, and the dashboard hero on the Customer Services page first thing every morning. They want to see "what arrived overnight, what is stuck, what is late." Analyse drives that triage.
2. **Weekly trade review**. The buyer or merchandiser opens Sales, Fast Selling Products, and Inventory Age. The pattern is "what sold, what is moving fast and at risk of stockout, what is sitting and tying up cash." Combined, these three reports answer the trading question for the week.
3. **Month-end finance**. Finance opens VAT, Sales, and Returns scoped to the calendar month, exports them, and reconciles against the ERP and the Amazon settlement reports. This is the tax-and-revenue trail.

| Surface | What you do there |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Nerve Centre | Watch the live KPI for any marketplace or website connector. Sales, returns, conversion, refund rate. The cards are the real-time view; Analyse is the historical detail. |
| Vortex Mind | When a Sales report shows a sudden drop, the Vortex Mind reports (Daily Revenue Leakage, Decline Recovery Intelligence) explain why and produce Actions. |
| Ask Viq | Conversational layer over the same data. Ask "what was my refund rate on Amazon UK in April 2026" and Ask Viq pulls from the underlying data the Returns report shows. |
| Actions | Audit findings tied to multichannel sales, returns, or refunds route into the Actions Kanban for assignment. |

## The fifteen reports at a glance

The next four pages walk through every report in detail.

* [Sales, Returns, and VAT](/vortex-apps/cloudhub/analyse-reports/sales-and-returns), the revenue and tax pages
* [Inventory and Products](/vortex-apps/cloudhub/analyse-reports/inventory-and-products), inventory age, fast sellers, and current product state
* [Operations](/vortex-apps/cloudhub/analyse-reports/operations), order stages, late shipments, shipping costs, and report notifications
* [Website Analytics](/vortex-apps/cloudhub/analyse-reports/website-analytics), the five webstore-side reports

## Common questions

**Are these reports real time?**
They run against the data CloudHub has already synced. For Amazon, eBay, and the supported marketplaces, that data is typically minutes behind the channel. For website data, it depends on the refresh cadence configured under [Website Refresh Statistics](/vortex-apps/cloudhub/analyse-reports/website-analytics).

**Can I schedule any report by email?**
Yes. Use [Report Notifications](/vortex-apps/cloudhub/analyse-reports/operations) to configure a user, the report type, the frequency (daily, weekly), and the time of day. The system emails the report to the specified address.

**Can I export to CSV?**
Most reports have an `Export` or `Export Report` button. The output is a CSV that opens in Excel, Sheets, or any BI tool.

**Do these reports replace my accounting system?**
No. The footer note says it explicitly: "These reports should be regarded as indicative and are not audited for accounting purposes." They are operational reports for trading, ops, and triage. Finance still reconciles against the channel-of-record settlement reports.
