# Automate the app with Shopify Flow

> Run a store health check, sync store content or add an AI visibility question from a Shopify Flow workflow.

The app adds three actions to Shopify Flow, on every plan. None of them changes your products.

| Action | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Run store health check** | Checks your products, collections, pages and articles. The score updates in the app when it finishes. |
| **Sync store content** | Refreshes the app's copy of your posts, pages and products. |
| **Add AI visibility question** | Adds a question to your list. It is asked the next time you run a test in the app. |

## Add an action to a workflow

**1. Create a workflow**

Open the Shopify Flow app and create a workflow. Choose a trigger, such as **Scheduled time**.

**2. Add the action**

Add an action and search for its name. For **Add AI visibility question**, enter the question.

**3. Turn it on**

Turn the workflow on. A draft workflow doesn't run.

## Good to know

* **Timing:** scheduled workflows can start a few minutes after their set time.
* **Health check:** Flow shows success when the check starts. Look for **Refreshed from Flow** in **Store health** to confirm it finished.
* **Questions:** a question already on your list isn't added twice. Flow shows a message if your list is full.
* **Tests:** a Flow action can't run an AI visibility test, because tests run in your own Chrome.
