What it tracks
The card divides total rated DHL Paket spend by parcel count for each day and plots the rolling line over 90 days. Values come from the DHL Paket Shipment API (/parcel/de/shipping/v2/orders) rated charges, reconciled against the monthly Rechnung in the DHL Geschäftskundenportal, and are shown in EUR. The 90-day span is deliberate: it is long enough to catch a DHL annual rate change (the rate card typically resets on 1 January), a Weihnachten peak-surcharge season, and a structural shift in your zone or weight mix, but short enough to stay readable. A rising trend with a stable zone mix points to carrier price increases or surcharge creep, which is a renegotiation cue; a rising trend that tracks a shift towards heavier parcels or the Welt zone is a product-mix story, which you confirm on Cost by Zone. Use the trend to decide whether a cost movement is the carrier or your own catalogue.
