A table of the individual Japan Post consignments in the last 7 days whose rated cost is more than twice your average parcel cost. These are the single shipments quietly eating margin: an oversized Yu-Pack to Okinawa, a heavy EMS box to Europe, or a parcel that tripped a dimensional-weight surcharge. The alert fires on any shipment exceeding 2x the average.

What it tracks

The card lists each consignment from the trailing 7 days whose rated charge exceeds twice the period average, broken down by row so an operator can scan the actual parcels rather than an aggregate. Typical causes in the Japan Post context: a domestic Yu-Pack rated into the Hokkaido or Okinawa prefecture-zone bands (the most expensive domestic zones); an EMS item to a far country-band where the per-kilo step is steep; a parcel that breached a Yu-Pack size tier (Japan Post charges by combined length-plus-girth size class, so a slightly over-spec box jumps a whole tier); or Cool Yu-Pack chilled / frozen surcharges. Each row is an investigation prompt: is this a mis-packed SKU, an address that should have shipped EMS economy instead, or a one-off that needs no action. The >2× avg alert is deliberately a relative threshold so it adapts as your average shifts, rather than a fixed yen figure that goes stale at the next pricing review.

Verify each flagged consignment against its rated charge in the Yu-Pack Print / EMS despatch record and your Japan Post billing statement, checking the size class, weight band and zone that drove the rate; scan timestamps and billing are in JST.
