Extension and tests

Install it in this Chrome, then reload the page. If you just updated it, reload too. Tests can’t run in a phone browser.
In Run a test, press Allow in the extension and accept on the page that opens. The card updates by itself.
You probably aren’t signed in to it in this Chrome. Sign in, then run the test again.
A run stops after the question in progress. Anything it didn’t reach is recorded as skipped.

Content and publishing

Check that Your Chrome says Connected in this browser. Then check your plan: Free has no content plans, and paid plans have a monthly limit.
Rewrites usually take 2 to 3 minutes. After 15 minutes, the article’s page offers Try again. Your draft is untouched.
Fix what the page lists, or press Publish anyway at the top of the page.
A scheduled or draft article has no page customers can reach. Use Open in admin instead.

Store content

Your store did not let the app read that item. Nothing has been changed. Try again in a minute, and email support@vortexiq.ai if it keeps happening.
The app could not fully connect to your store, so it is reading what is public. Drafts and editing may not work. Email support@vortexiq.ai.
No. Update image replaces the original in Shopify, and the app doesn’t keep a copy.

Numbers

A product counts when it is active and published to your online store. Check Sales channels on a product. If Online Store is on and it still counts as not reachable, contact support.
It is an estimate from what Shopify records about each order, over the last 60 days. Many assistant visits show only in Google Analytics.
