Calculation
The score blends four Etsy pillars into one index: the rate at which orders earn reviews, the share of orders shipped within your declared processing window, the proportion of your listings that are active and in stock rather than expired or sold out, and how stable your listings are in Etsy search over the window. Each pillar is normalised and weighted, then combined into a single value.
