At a glance
On-Time Shipping Rate tracks the share of orders you ship by their ship-by deadline. On Bonanza, dispatching on time protects your booth standing and the buyer trust that drives repeat sales and good feedback. A reading near 100% is the goal; below 95% starts to put both standing and reputation at risk. It is one of the clearest operational signals of whether fulfilment is keeping pace with orders.
| What it counts | The percentage of orders shipped on or before their ship-by deadline over the window. |
| Sample type | Backend API data from Bonanza, refreshed on the standard data refresh. |
| Why it matters | Late dispatch erodes buyer trust, invites negative feedback, and can dent your booth standing. Keeping this high protects reputation and the repeat business that follows. |
| Reading the value | Read it as a percentage; near 100% is healthy. Below 95% flags a fulfilment problem worth acting on before standing suffers. |

Calculation
Vortex IQ counts orders shipped on or before their ship-by deadline over the window and divides by the total orders due to ship in that period, expressed as a percentage. Orders dispatched after the deadline lower the rate. The comparison runs against the prior period so you can see whether fulfilment is improving or slipping. See the At a glance summary above for the 95% line and the worked example below for a typical reading.Worked example
A representative reading of On-Time Shipping Rate for a typical merchant on Bonanza. On 14 Mar 26 a booth’s rate fell to 93%, below the 95% alert, down from 98% the prior period. Of 200 orders due to ship, 14 went out late, clustered around a long weekend when packing fell behind. The interpretation was a staffing gap rather than a systemic carrier issue, and the action was to pre-stage popular items and add a packing shift ahead of the next holiday. Vortex Mind traces the upstream cause, here the long-weekend backlog, and Ask Viq lets you ask “which orders shipped late last month” in plain English.Sibling cards merchants should reference together

Reconciling against Bonanza
Where to look in Bonanza’s own dashboard: Open your booth dashboard and review the selling and orders area, where Bonanza shows each order’s ship-by date and the date it was marked shipped. Comparing those dates over the period reconstructs the on-time rate. Why the Vortex IQ value may legitimately differ:| Reason | Direction | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Period boundary. Vortex IQ uses a 30-day rolling window versus prior period by default; Bonanza dashboards may use calendar periods. | Variable | Match the period range. |
| Time zone. Bonanza uses account time zone; Vortex IQ aligns to merchant reporting time zone. | Marginal | Confirm time zone match. |
| Filter scope. Profile-level filters (booth, channel, test orders) may narrow the Vortex IQ view. | Variable | Match filter settings. |
