At a glance
Brand + Size + Condition Completeness is a listing-health metric tracked from Vinted data. It measures the share of your live listings that carry all three of the attributes buyers filter on most: brand, size, and condition. Vinted search is filter-driven, so an item missing any of these is effectively invisible to buyers narrowing by exactly those fields. Keeping completeness high is one of the cheapest ways to protect discovery.
| What it counts | The percentage of active listings that have brand, size, and condition all populated. Listings missing any one of the three count as incomplete. |
| Sample type | Backend API data from Vinted, refreshed on the standard data refresh. |
| Why it matters | Buyers on Vinted browse by filtering on brand, size, and condition. Incomplete listings drop out of those filtered results, so completeness directly affects how many buyers ever see the item. |
| Reading the value | Higher is better. A reading below the safe band means a meaningful slice of the catalogue is hidden from filter-driven buyers and needs attribute backfill. |
| Currency | percent |
| Time window | Real time |
| Alert trigger | Fires when completeness falls below the configured floor (a high bar, since filters are core to discovery). |

Calculation
Calculated automatically from your Vinted data. Vortex IQ checks each active listing for a populated brand, size, and condition, then divides the count of fully populated listings by the total active listings. See the At a glance summary above for what the metric tracks and the worked example below for a typical reading.Worked example
A representative reading of Brand + Size + Condition Completeness for a typical Pro seller on Vinted. A shop with 600 active listings reads 91% complete, meaning roughly 54 listings are missing at least one of the three key fields. Drilling in, most gaps are size on a batch of accessories uploaded quickly without selecting a size, plus a handful of vintage pieces with no brand match. The action is to backfill size (using “one size” where appropriate) and select the closest brand or a generic option, lifting completeness back above the safe band so those items rejoin filtered search. Reconciling against Vinted
Where to look in Vinted’s own dashboard: Vinted does not report a completeness percentage, but each listing’s edit screen shows whether brand, size, and condition are set. Reconcile by sampling listings flagged as incomplete here and confirming the missing field on the listing itself. Why the Vortex IQ value may legitimately differ:| Reason | Direction | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Field interpretation. Some categories do not require a brand or size; Vortex IQ can treat these as not-applicable rather than missing. | Variable | Confirm how not-applicable fields are handled for your categories. |
| Active scope. Completeness is measured against active listings only; drafts and sold items are excluded. | Lower | Compare on the active set. |
| Refresh timing. A just-edited listing may not reflect until the next refresh. | Marginal | Allow for short refresh lag after edits. |
