At a glance
Revenue at Risk puts a currency figure on the orders and listings currently exposed to a fulfilment or compliance problem on Depop. It rolls up the value tied to overdue shipments, open disputes, removed listings and items listed but already sold elsewhere into one number an owner can act on. Where the individual alerts tell you what broke, this card tells you how much money is on the line if you do nothing.
| What it counts | The total value of orders and listings currently exposed to fulfilment, dispute or compliance risk, in real time. |
| Sample type | Backend API data from Depop, refreshed on the standard data refresh, evaluated in real time. |
| Why it matters | It converts scattered operational alerts into a single financial stake, so the owner can prioritise. Any non-zero value is revenue you can still protect by acting before refunds, removals or bad ratings land. |
| Reading the value | Zero is the goal. Any figure above zero is live exposure; the higher it climbs, the more urgent the underlying fulfilment and compliance work. |

Calculation
The card sums the value attached to at-risk orders and listings, drawn from the same signals that drive the fulfilment and cross-channel alerts: overdue dispatches, open disputes, removed listings and active listings for items sold elsewhere. Vortex IQ reads the underlying records from the Depop integration; which signals feed the total is configurable in the Sensitivity tab.Worked example
A representative reading of Revenue at Risk for a typical reseller on Depop. On 20 Jun 26 the card showed 214 pounds at risk. Vortex Mind broke it down: 120 pounds across three overdue orders, 64 pounds in one open dispute, and 30 pounds in two listings for items already sold on another channel. Because the card framed it as one stake, the owner triaged fast, shipping the overdue parcels, responding to the dispute, and pulling the duplicate listings. The exposure cleared to zero within a day and no revenue was lost. To break it down yourself, ask Ask Viq what is driving revenue at risk right now.Sibling cards merchants should reference together

Reconciling against Depop
Where to look in Depop’s own dashboard: Depop does not present a single revenue-at-risk figure. Reconcile by checking each contributing signal in its own place, overdue orders, disputes, removals, and confirming their values sum to the card total. Why the Vortex IQ value may legitimately differ:| Reason | Direction | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Composite scope. Which signals feed the total is configurable. | Variable | Confirm enabled inputs in Sensitivity. |
| Real-time evaluation. The figure moves as you resolve items. | Variable | Re-read after each fix. |
| Refund timing. Resolved items leave the total on the next refresh. | Marginal | Force a manual refresh after acting. |
