At a glance
Top Pages by Clicks ranks the pages on your site that win the most organic-search clicks in Google Search Console. It is the click-weighted view of your page-level SEO performance: the URLs Google rewards with real traffic, ordered so the biggest earners sit at the top. Use it to know exactly which pages carry your organic business and which deserve protection first.
What it tracks
This card reads the Page dimension from the Search Console Search Analytics API (the same source as Performance > Search results > Pages), ranked by total clicks and rendered as a horizontal bar chart, longest bar first. Each bar is one page URL and its organic click count for the reporting window. For SEO and content teams this card sits in the Page SEO Performance category and answers “where is organic traffic actually landing”. The pages at the top are your most valuable real estate: refreshing their content, internal links, and titles tends to move the needle fastest because they already have ranking authority. Read it next to Top Pages by Impressions to separate pages that get seen from pages that get clicked: a page high on impressions but low here is a CTR opportunity, covered by CTR by Page and CTR Opportunity Pages. When a familiar top performer slips down the list, check Pages Losing Traffic and Page Performance Trend. The card has no alert; it is a ranked diagnostic, not a watchdog.Reconciling against the source
Compare against Search Console > Performance > Search results > Pages with the Clicks metric over a matching range. Expect minor gaps: Search Console data is typically 2 to 3 days delayed, the UI caps tables at 1,000 rows, and clicks on anonymised rare queries can leave per-page totals slightly under the headline number. The Search Analytics API returns the same page totals on thepage dimension.
